Absolutely charming olde school Florida. Great tiki bar... Well poured drinks by smiling staff and entertaining troubadours. What could be better. Big plus? Food is too.
Our party of 6 had a great experience at Capt. Eddies. We started with gator bites and a dozen steamed oysters- both were fantastic. There were a lot of locally caught options on the menu (gulf oysters, gulf shrimp, mangrove snapper, red snapper). I had the combo with scallops, gulf shrimp, and grouper cheeks. I didnt get very many scallops, but everything was very good- especially the grouper cheeks. I wish I wouldve gotten just the grouper cheeks. The services was good. Prices were very reasonable too. Ill definitely be back.
Great service. Food was excellent.Had not been there in years due to poor quality service and food. Management has changed, it's a whole new menu with local seafood.... I will definitely be going back again
I liked it. They are super welcoming and family run. All the staff seem to be chatty and accommodating. There is an outside patio and bar with live music. Not sure it's dog friendly. Full bar though. Inside in addition to the restaurant and bar there is a fish counter. Locally caught. I will definitely be back.
