Went to Asaro's to celebrate my father's birthday and the service was absolutely terrible. It took over 20 mins to get drinks! The night we were in there was busy and the server was very nice but was definitely stretched to the max. The manager did come by to see how things were going and before we could answer went on a tangent about how short staffed they were. She even went as far as to tell us (some very personal) reasons why the employees didn't show up. As a customer, and former waitress I can understand the frustration she was feeling however it is not appropriate to tell your customers about your employees private lives! She should have stepped in to help the staff that was there rather than bash those that were not. In all the food was good but we were at the restaurant for nearly two hours and only ordered two entrees! I'm not sure we will return anytime soon.
The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly! We will definitely be coming back!
The service is fast and friendly, but the food is to die for! Their pizza chefs are genius and know what they're doing. Try the garlic knots or the spinach rolls for a starter and you won't be disappointed.
The food was wonderful! ! The service could have been a little faster, as the restaurant only had a few patrons ( was very early dinner), will definitely return!
Excellent EVERYTHING. Kathy is the best waitress Ever. Salad so fresh it's tempting. Bread straight out of the oven. Best ever . Pizza is fun and yummy. Try the grandma sicilian!
