I had an appointment with the owner of this company on 9/12 after speaking to her at length on 9/10/18 about the price and product. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00am about 8:40 she called me stating she was running behind and if I couldnt wait she would understand. I told her I would wait for her so said she would be here at 10:30. At around 10:30 she said she was lost so I asked her for her cross streets but she gave me streets that dont cross but I thought whatever and gave her directions. 11:00 am no call so I called her but she stated she was caught in traffic in NW Cape Coral??? Now Im thinking Ive been here 7 years and Ive never seen any traffic on Chiquita at 11:00am or anything frankly but ok. 11:30am someone from her office called saying she was called back to the office (1 hour away) can they reschedule? I said no thanks if this is how you treat your customers.Very upsetting because I took the day off of work and she has never called me to explain or apologize. Im a Designer I work with customers everyday and I would never treat a customer, friend or stranger like she treated me.I wouldnt work with this company if it was free!
We work hand in hand with Coastal Cottage on a daily basis. Their customers cannot say enough good things about them. I'm constantly greeted with big smiles and happiness when we show the customer the final refinished product. Keep up the great work Coastal Cottage!
