Aquatech helped us out with water testing when we got our new hot-tub. Their tech made sure all the different levels of chemicals were where they needed to be. The spa would have not been running properly without them. Thank you.
Aquatech helped me out big time on a home I was selling. They came out and made up plans for a pool to fit the area available. I was able to show Buyers that it was possible to install a lovely pool. Absolutely amazing showroom and stunning pool designs. We have purchased several pool and deck accessories from them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. When it's time to redo our pool and deck they've got our business!
Had a decent experience with the design and building process. There were hiccups along with the way but were fixed over time. All the techs that came out were friendly. My issues with them are recent. There seems to have been a lot of staff structure changes and departures. We had our monthly service done with them and were satisfied with the service. However the person that came out got moved to a different position and someone else took over. Ok fine, he serviced our pool 3 times and did only an ok job. Then less than a month after this change I get an email from the office saying Aquatech will no longer be servicing our area as of Oct 1st. As frustrating as this was I thought I had a couple weeks to find a new service. Then, literally days after that I get a second email saying as of that day, they will no longer be servicing our pool! I find this completely unacceptable. Based on our new service company I now realize how little they did when cleaning our pool as well (for an identical price). Also, a couple companies that came out to quote us mentioned that Aquatech is having some internal struggles and it's starting to affect their clients. Guess it's bittersweet that we are no longer using their services.
We had a horrible experience. They could not remember details from one meeting to the next. Extremely poor communications skills and client management. They could care less about your concerns and or questions. Design skills are horrible and they give pathetic advice. Half the time their computers didn't work and everything is drawn in cryptic style. You would think a company stressing their design skills would use 3D printing or some other form of high quality digital tools. You can get better service, quality , price and treatment from one of the many other pool companies around. They are poor communicators and disrespectful to their clients. I came to the conclusion it was just easier to cancel my contract, pay for services to date , pay for someone else to rip out the Frankenstein design of a pool and move on rather then try to continue with them.
