Dr. Eileen really likes animals - she is a wonderful Veterinarian! She really cares for her furry patients. She and Ben are carrying on Dr Don's legacy. Ben is fantastic, he loves the animals too - just like his late Dad, Dr Don. Your dog or cat won't mind going there.

Had to take sassy and serenity yesterday. Wonderful service and attention. Still miss Dr Don he was one of a kind. But they are keeping with his tradition of animals are important and need love and care.

I brought in a pregnant cat who I had saved she was having seziors, I took her to work with me, I just didn't know what to do! I called the vet and told them I medicated my dogs last night with there monthly treatment to prevent fleas and that I ate chicken the night before she may have gotten a bone, which i thought was impossible because I throw them away in a sealed plastic coffee container for the safety of all animals i was litterly in tears just for this cats life. They NEVER asked or did any blood work, NEVER took xrays, they also had nerve to say "don't be surprised if she delivers still borns" I'm now asking questions. They gave me a cat that is still In the same condition I brought her in as and I asked if the vet to come out... she left! They charged my card 9x of $82.00, I brought in bank statements for there records to have and they said they never got any payments. Well I was broke that week! Good thing I have a great boss! I asked the receptionist for documentation and they could not provide it. I'm worried of how many older folks they take advantage of and get away with it.

The most LIT vet clinic around. They have the best staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledge and professional. Dr. Eileen was incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive. She was able to explain things in a way that anyone could understand and with the passion of someone who really cares.

I said my dogs nails needed trimming, last place didn't get them all or short enough, knowing I understand the quick issue. He, the vet tech, says well I could cut them til they bleed and let's see what happens. I ignored the comment. Vet had no problem cutting them. That was a Turn off. So I recommended a friends that her dog was diagnosed with cancer and declined and needed to be put to rest, they told her they couldn't do it to 2 or more three days. Really. So lost two clients and plenty of non referrals.
