Great groomer, very reasonable and willing to do whatever you request. Love the fact I don't have to call weeks ahead for an appointment. She gets 4 stars ONLY because the place needs some sprucing up which will be started soon!
For anyone looking for a groomer who you can trust, is talented & LOVES dogs. Kim is exceptional. I have gone to more expensive groomers in the area with less impressive results. I have taken my 2 high maintenance little dogs to Kim once a month for the past 3 years. She is very gentle and makes sure to keep your dog stress free. She cares so much about the dogs and their well being. I highly recommend Kim and her staff. I trust her totally with my dogs and the results never disappoint.
I know how she treats her own pets , i know how good she is and how much love she puts in her work , trust her and recommend her with pets needs, my only groomer!
I was very impressed with Kim. She took time to discuss my senior dog's needs and was sensitive to my concerns. Also, very professional and an excellent groomer. Dogs waiting for owners were safe and supervised.
