Horse and Chaise have managed my condo unit for years. They handle all deposits, bookkeeping reports, repairs, rental agreements and do it well. I rented a house from them 18 years ago when I was building, and had a wonderful relationship with them from that side also. I highly recommend this agency for renting or leasing.
