John Haskell finished painting my house today. Although his bid was $300 higher than 4 other bids, I chose John because my sense was that pride, excellence, and professionalism was his mark. I was totally vindicated. John advised me about color selection and offered substantive suggestions about accents, complementary colors and merits of various possibilities. All details were meticulously pursued. Other painters may bid lower, and when they realize their profit isn't that great they rush to finish the job, slap on the paint, and leave. Not John, he makes certain that everything is perfect, works diligently until everything is done right. At the end of May 2018, we needed our Bedroom painted. John, the owner, immediately came out to see the area, gave us a very fair price quote, and scheduled the job. He came to do the job when he promised, had a great crew of two other men, and our bedroom was painted within a couple of hours. We were having a rug installed, so John agreed to come back when that was finished and paint our Baseboards, which he did. We felt John was very pleasant and trustworthy. We have other areas that need painting and will definitely hire John again.
