This is a wonderful store, with a million different things, and knowledgeable employees. There was for some reason a lack of warmth or enthusiasm today that created a less friendly atmosphere than I have experienced in the past.
One of my favorites...have shopped their over 30 years...everyone is awesome...they always go the extra mile...I have NEVER been disappointed when shopping there.
Customer service here is great. I was greeted as soon as I entered and told them what I was looking for and he went right back to where the particular screws were I needed and brought them all out to me. I always save time when I come here!
Wonderful local family owned hardware has all your needs plus friendly staff. Why drive for miles when you can go to Kile's!!
