I started at The Academy in March and completed the 6 week challenge - literally a life altering decision for me. Not only are the staff and instructors friendly and knowledgeable - they actually CARE about every single person there and they want them to be their best. I leave there feeling so good, it still amazes me. I am so very grateful for The Academy!

The staff is very personable, helpful and they provide a stress free environment. I just love this place. The staff are excellent and highly educated trainers. I also love the supportive and fun members that I work out with. They have great classes no matter what your fitness level is. You should join it is a great spot to get your workout-on!
