I am beyond disappointed. My husband ordered flowers for his mother, from teleflora and the order was to be fulfilled by the flower box. The delivery was attempted Friday evening with out a call. My mother in law was out. A phone number was left at the door. The flower box was called Saturday morning by 900 to arrange delivery. Tracy or her representative was informed that there would be someone home until 400pm.They had not arrived as of three. My mother in law called back to find the status of her order at 300 pm. She innocently recommended that perhaps a call before delivery would ensure people were home. Tracey became quite upset and stated they would have to make thousands of phone calls. She proceeded to tell my mother in law that she was a " RICH #*^+# and should get a life. A supervisor was put on the phone and told my mother in law that the flowers were taken off the truck and the order was canceled.
